Solution Architect (Pre-Sales)

What is The Role As a Solution Architect (pre‑sales) at Elastic, you help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices. Responsibilities Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements. Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops. Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases. Deliver product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts. Assist with deployment planning and configuration. Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security. Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
