Solution Architect Packet Core (Cundinamarca)

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Solution Architect on Core Network (working for 3G/4G/5G Packet Core on legacy and virtualized environment) to work into Customer Support Organization. You will typically interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, Service Delivery Managers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.

What you will do

• Working with assigned Customer Service Requests (CSR), using support tools and according to support processes and procedures.
• Analyze problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems.
• Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
• Through contact with external customers capture data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
• Support deployment of Solutions.
