We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architects to lead enterprise HCM transformation initiatives powered by Oracle AI.
Key qualifications:
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with Solution Architecture expertise
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and solution design
- Strong techno-functional expertise across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, ORC, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Generative AI, and AI-enabled HCM capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Redwood UX (26B), VBCS, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, HDL...
