Role Summary
The Pre-Sales Solution Architect partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and present StackGen's Agentic Infrastructure & Autonomous Platform for enterprise customers across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
The role combines hands‑on expertise in cloud infrastructure and DevOps with strong communication skills to demonstrate how StackGen's AI‑driven platform automates provisioning, governance, observability, and incident remediation across the full infrastructure lifecycle, aligned with SRE and platform engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with prospects to assess DevOps, platform engineering, SRE workflows, IaC usage, and governance requirements, mapping them to StackGen capabilities.
