Responsibilities
- Support the build, optimize and uplift of Avature Recruitment module
- Build Offer Management, Onboarding, and Candidate Portal capabilities
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Recruitment, offer management, onboarding, portals and Agentic AI
- Lead complex Avature configurations and provide technical leadership
- Design integration architecture using API‑led patterns and middleware
- Partner with stakeholders to understand current processes and redesign business processes
- Define portal experience strategy and user journey design with Service management team
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in HR technology / ATS platforms
- Deep expertise in Avature platform architecture and configuration
