A leading UK organisation is embarking on a major MarTech transformation programme, building a best‑class customer engagement ecosystem including CDP, CEP, CMP and CRO platforms, underpinned by a robust Customer 360 data foundation. We're looking for a Solution Architect to drive end‑to‑end design, vendor integration, and implementation readiness across this high‑profile initiative.

What you’ll be doing

• Define and own end‑to‑end MarTech architecture (CDP, CEP, CMP, CRO)
• Design data flows, identity resolution, and customer journey orchestration
• Enable real‑time decisioning using event‑driven architectures
• Ensure alignment with Customer 360 and enterprise data strategy
• Produce key artefacts (HLDs, integration designs, solution architecture docs)
