Frame the problem.
Run the early conversations with the business to frame the problem worth solving.
Own the design.
Produce the solution design and keep it current as the work evolves.
Translate both ways.
Between what the business needs and what the engineers build.
Set the measures.
Agree what success looks like and how it is measured, with the Engagement Manager and the engineers, before the build starts.
Build the hard parts.
Work alongside the engineers on the pieces of the build the design depends on.
Bring domain depth.
Keep the design right for the industry it serves.
Preferred Qualifications
Understands RAG, agents, and evaluation well enough to design them.
Process mapping and service design.
Healthcare or higher education domain depth.
