The Pre-sales solutions architect would lead the largest and most strategic customers at Carrier along with sales.
Responsibilities:
Pre-sales Solutions Architect will help identify, qualify and close businesses in the region.Presales activities, including but not limited to evaluating Customer needs and applying solutions to resolve or improve outcomes, diagnosing customer concerns, delivering presentations and demonstrations, responding to customer technical issues and questions, contributing to RFI/RFP responses, and in general working with the sales organization to identify and close targeted opportunities.Solution Architect acts as a key source for market research by identifying and documenting future product, solution and services requirements.Play a key role in working with customers to understand their requirements and lead revenue-generating activities.Basic Qualifications & Experience:...
