• Strong Solution Architecture experience with exposure to Data Platforms, Analytics, and AI/ML solutions.
• 7 - 12yrs in experience cloud platforms in Finance, Payroll, HR applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Proven ability to engage with business leaders and drive requirements discussions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
