Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customer production readiness and long-term adoption
- Lead solution workshops to identify requirements and develop prescriptive strategies
- Configure and demonstrate the RegScale platform for customers
- Work with ecosystem partners on integrations and digitizing frameworks
- Develop and provide customer training for successful platform utilization
- Capture and relay customer requirements to the Product team
- Assist the Customer Success team with increasing platform utilization and expansion
- Provide technical responses to customer inquiries, including support for RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs
Requirements
- Ability to explain complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of at least one GRC framework (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, NIST CSF, etc.)
