Full Time Permanent. Hybrid work location: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite at the client’s North York office with free parking.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial litigation files from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, factums, and other legal documents.
- Conduct examinations, argue motions, and participate in dispute resolution, mediations, arbitrations, and appearing at trial.
- Represent clients in commercial disputes such as contractual disagreements, shareholder disputes, construction claims, professional liability, debt recovery, and real property litigation.
- Represent clients in secured and unsecured debt collection matters.
