Experience : 4 years Location : Bengaluru Notice Period : Immediate Shifts : Rotational Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NCM, etc.) Handle L2 level incidents, alerts, and service requests Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues Troubleshoot network, server, and application performance issues Configure and maintain SolarWinds modules and alerts Work on escalation tickets from L1 team and provide resolution Generate and analyze reports for system performance and availability Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues Perform basic patching, upgrades, and health checks of SolarWinds platform Required Skills: Hands-on experience with SolarWinds tools (NPM, SAM, NCM) Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP) Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments Experience in monitoring tools and incident management Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, ...
