DayTrack Solar Solutions is looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our remote telesales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our solar solutions, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the field team. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on targets and loves to close.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
Pitch residential and commercial solar solutions effectively.
Qualify prospects and hand off to the field sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up logs.
Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.
Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with solar or energy products is a plus.
