**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Create layouts with proper roof layout and fire code set backs
- Collaborate with contractors, other members and engineer to ensure project completion.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design plans for accuracy.
- Maintain organized documentation of design processes and revisions.
**Experience**
- Proficiency in Sketch-Up and Layout as well as some excel experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration in English
The work will be set up as an independent contractor as the primary company is a US based company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
