Responsibilities
- Design independent web test cases for each newly developed web application
- Provide feedback to developers regarding automated testing strategies, design fixes, and patches
- Perform system load tests for new products to ensure stability
- Manage and train apprentices, junior testers, and new developers
- Work with quality technicians to document quality processes for replication across locations
- Manage testing projects during each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Suggest improvements to the functionality, design, and usability of new products
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Software Tester
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
