Software Test Engineer - Automated Testing & CI/CD

Paylocity in Guadalajara is seeking a Software Test Engineer who will independently drive testing initiatives, implement automated testing solutions, optimize test coverage, and mentor junior engineers.

You will design and execute tests across functional, API, performance, and security domains, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise the quality bar of our cloud-based HR and payroll platform.
