ROLE PURPOSE This role is part of the software team and primarily involves managing, providing support, and offering advice for post implementation issues. It also handles the rollout of the new implementation and user training to the customers.

Key Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Glory software enquiries and support queries from other departments or customers.
  • Involve in software demo and discussion with customers for software deployment arrangements.
  • Knowing the settings and configuration required for different customers’ requirements.
  • Key person in charge of the post implementation support.
  • Responsible to work with product teams for any software product related matters.
  • Perform field installation and training.
  • Attend / analyse and troubleshoot field problems that are related to software.
