Job Title: Software Support Engineer

Experience: 4+ years

Responsibilities

  • Work with Customer Support Reps to triage, reproduce, and fix customer-reported, production software issues.
  • Participate in regular triage sessions to set priorities and plan work for the day.
  • Utilize product/engineering knowledge bases and software codebases to research issues and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Fix data problems and make routine data changes to production databases.
  • Identify and create tickets for software code fixes to address customer-reported software bugs.

Technical Skills

  • Strong software product and code debugging skills.
  • Experience and confidence working in, and making updates to, a cloud‑based production SaaS software system.
  • Experience working with relational databases, including reading and writing SQL, executing SQL queries, and analyzing results.
