Responsibilities
- Work with Customer Support Reps to triage, reproduce, and fix customer-reported, production software issues.
- Participate in regular triage sessions to set priorities and plan work for the day.
- Utilize product/engineering knowledge bases and software codebases to research issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Fix data problems and make routine data changes to production databases.
- Identify and create tickets for software code fixes to address customer-reported software bugs.
Technical Skills
- Strong software product and code debugging skills.
- Experience and confidence working in, and making updates to, a cloud‑based production SaaS software system.
- Experience working with relational databases, including reading and writing SQL, executing SQL queries, and analyzing results.
