Software Solutions Specialist (Winnipeg)

EllisDon is seeking a Software Solutions Specialist to lead the evaluation and management of third-party software solutions across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software evaluation, collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Act as central point of contact for software matters, maintaining the ServiceNow Software Catalog and CMDB.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Champion standardized, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Prepare and present business cases, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship management.
• Provide guidance, onboarding, and issue resolution during implementation.
