Role Overview
As a Software Solutions Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end software evaluation process, act as a central point of contact for software-related inquiries, and maintain and update the ServiceNow Software Catalog. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and provide ongoing support throughout implementation.
