Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members by providing technical insights.
Document and communicate business requirements effectively.
Ensure compliance with architecture and data security standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience as a Software Developer, ideally with Java.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Principles.
