Software Quality Lead: Drive Defect Prevention & SDLC

Motorola Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a Software Quality Lead to drive quality practices across the software development lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and global quality teams to prevent defects and improve product reliability.

You will lead root cause analysis, facilitate DFMEA, and monitor quality metrics while ensuring ISO and telecom standards compliance. Strong communication and Six Sigma certification are required.
