ENVIRONMENT: A global leader in Customer Engagement Tech seeks a highly experience and self-driven Software Quality Engineer to join its Agile team where you will play a crucial role ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of its software products. You will help design test plans and implement quality assurance processes. You will also perform Regression Testing, execute manual and automated tests to identify defects while continuously working to improve QA processes and procedures. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or similar discipline with 8 years’ experience in a similar role including proficiency with HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, JIRA & Xray.
