• Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright) for SaaS-based applications.
• Create and execute automated test scripts for web‑based SaaS (e.g., Salesforce) applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise test coverage and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyse test results and provide detailed defect reports.
• Ensure test compatibility with SaaS platform updates.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for enterprise and government SaaS applications.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing of SaaS integrations and validate application functionality across different environments.
• Ensure compliance with government and enterprise security standards.
