Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Document test cases.
• Perform and document risk analysis.
• Record test progress and results.
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and production environments using AWS CloudWatch.
• Analyze application logs and metrics to identify issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Proactively detect, investigate, and report production incidents, coordinating with development and DevOps teams for timely resolution.
• Validate fixes by monitoring post-deployment application behavior and verifying system stability.
