**Meet the Team**
The Support & QA team is a technical shared services team within the CRM Engineering Transformation Office, a team that supports our GTM processes for Cisco. The team provides quality assurance testing, execution, regression/progress and automation for Salesforce (SFDC) platforms and boundary systems. Also provide Level 2 SFDC support for our users by ensuring bug/issues are address timely, correctly documented and resolved. Report/analyse technical issues, RCA analysis and helpdesk tickets. We are a trusted partner with the business and Cisco IT provides effective service for all.
