Responsibilities
- Work with a scrum team to refine stories and identify the correct test strategy.
- Create test plans that can easily be executed by yourself or others.
- Design and implement automated tests to maximise regression coverage.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
- Review and provide detailed feedback on test plans (automated and manual QA) created by other team members.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the quality methodology to sustain and enhance ongoing product quality.
- Write technical documentation.
- Mentor team members and be open to feedback.
Qualifications
- Functional Testing Experience - 3-8 years in QA.
- Be a hands‑on tester who is comfortable working across a whole range of functional and cross‑functional testing.
