**Purpose of Position**:the ability to work with a variety of groups from service and support teams to product development.This role requires the ability to work independently and handle sensitive customer interactions.Knowledge of Hexagonmining systems as well as a variety of analysis tools is highly desired.
**Major Areas of Responsibility**:- Serves as functional product expert.
- Serves as expert on how the product is used by the customer.
- Review's enhancement request for duplication and alignment with product strategy.
- Delivery of product kit configurations and supporting artifacts.
