Software Product Enablement Specialist

As a Software Product Enablement Specialist at Sunwire, you will act as the bridge between the software development team and the users of the software, enabling users to make the best use of the features available to them.

You will own the communication, training, rollout, and user adoption work that sits between feature development and successful staff or customer use.

JOB DUTIES

• Reports directly to the Director of Products & Software
• Work with software developers, quality assurance, and project managers to understand the technical details and functionality of features as they are built.
• Own the release calendar for Sunwire’s products and co‑ordinate release timing with project managers and internal teams.
• Track and complete all rollout prerequisites prior to product release dates.
• Prepare release‑ready documentation such as change logs and administrator guides.
