About the role
The Software Licensing Admin would be responsible for creating client-facing quotes (i.e., net new, renewals, and modification on existing subscriptions) using Cisco and Insight tools, works together with Client Executives for any clarifications on quote requests, sending of quotes to Client Executives, responding to queries, booking orders, opening tickets as necessary using Cisco tools and updating internal trackers on completed requests.
Responsibilities
- Creating client facing quotes for net new opportunities and to modify existing subscriptions.
- Responding to questions related to the completed request or existing subscriptions.
