About the role
The Software Licensing Admin will be responsible for creating client‑facing quotes (net new, renewals, and modifications), working with Client Executives, sending quotes, responding to queries, booking orders, opening tickets with Cisco tools, and updating internal trackers.
What you will do at Insight
- Creating client‑facing quotes for net new opportunities and modifications to existing subscriptions.
- Responding to questions related to completed requests or existing subscriptions.
- Co‑working with Client Executives to accomplish the request.
- Communicating with Cisco AM and other internal departments for basic queries related to the request.
