Our client is a global software provider looking to expand their Managed Services team. They are looking for a Software Fix Manager to lead and manage the technical defect resolution process.
Responsibilities
- Enhancement of problem triage
- Technical diagnosis of live system issues
- Code fixing and testing
- Data fix production and testing
- Production & validation of Program Temporary Fixes (PTF) and Service Packs
- Assistance with deployment of fixes to live customer environments
- Part of the escalation path for out of hours emergency fix resolution to meet customer SLAs
- Input ‘lessons learned’ to the development and test teams, and Service Desk operations
