What we are looking for We are seeking a software-quality engineering leader who has personally written code, built automated test frameworks and led test teams. This is not a manual QA management role. The ideal candidate understands software architecture, CI/CD, automation pipelines, system testing, industrial product validation and how to partner with senior development managers so quality is engineered into the product rather than inspected at the end. About the Role This manager role will lead the transformation of testing into a modern quality engineering discipline for industrial automation software.
