We're looking for a hands‑on Software Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers while remaining actively involved in software design, coding, and technical decision‑making. This role combines technical leadership with Agile delivery, helping guide projects from design through to release while mentoring developers, driving code quality, and ensuring successful delivery.
