Responsibilities
- Lead a growing organization of developers and software architects
- Define and implement appropriate training measures for all levels of expertise
- Actively participate in recruiting new talent and onboarding new developers
- Coach team managers on effective leadership skills, communication strategies and a dynamic feedback culture
- Take an active role in customer-facing projects, e.g., as Lead Architect
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an international organization and environment
- At least 3+ years of experience leading a medium- to large-sized IT organization
- Excellent English language skills and good Spanish skills (German is a plus)
- Extensive experience in leading Java-based web projects
- Experience in large client-facing projects
- Background in consulting is a plus
