• Reports to Head of Software Engineering within a tech department of over 100 people.
• Manage a diverse team of 40 engineers, overseeing 10 locally and 30 across regional hubs in Chengdu and Manila.
• 70% on leadership and stakeholder management, 30% hands-on code review, architect design, mentor junior
• Act as a key collaborator with other IT functions to align technical strategies with broader business objective

• Min 10 years in Full Stack development with min 5 years in team leadership
• Strong experience with Azure and modern DevOps tools
