Role Purpose

To provide production support, ensuring the quality, continuity, and resilience of the service, and offering optimal recovery times in the event of any disruption.

Main Activities

• Provide support in the identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service.
• Provide support on weekends and holidays according to the needs of the service and the established on-call role within the department.
• Assume new duties as new needs arise within the service.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of AS400, ILE CL, SQL, and IFS.
• Review of COBOL code to identify causes of errors reported in incidents and possible solutions.
• Review of logs to identify causes of errors reported in incidents and possible solutions.
