Software Engineer, Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship first‑party risk management features including risk register, inherent and residual risk scoring, and risk lifecycle workflows
• Develop and extend control testing and monitoring capabilities such as automated evidence checks and test cadence scheduling
• Build integrations with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate compliance requirements into intuitive product experiences
• Write performant backend services and APIs in C# (.NET), Node.js, or Python
• Build and maintain React/TypeScript front‑end components for complex risk data dashboards
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure engineering quality
