Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end PeopleSoft implementation projects from initiation through go live
- Engage business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements and perform fit gap analysis
- Design and propose optimal PeopleSoft solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs
- Oversee PeopleSoft application upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, and database migrations/conversions
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including functional consultants, developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders
- Provide leadership and direction to onsite and offshore technical and functional teams
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across all project phases
- Review and validate system design, configurations, and customizations
