About Healio
Healio is a startup building the next generation of workforce planning software for healthcare institutions. Hospitals, clinics and care institutions are under massive pressure: staff shortages, complex schedules, high absenteeism, and growing dissatisfaction among healthcare teams. We believe planning should not be a painful top‑down administrative process, but a collaborative, intelligent and fair system that empowers both managers and caregivers.
We are an early‑stage Swiss startup based in Lausanne, founded by an experienced team with deep healthcare, product and startup experience, including previous company‑building and exit experience. We already work closely with healthcare institutions and are building a product directly with users in the field.
We are looking for an ambitious Software Engineer to join us as an early team member and help shape the product, the technology and the company from the ground up.
