What a typical day looks like: Ability to manage incidents to completion and appropriately document the incident for future reference and closure of the feedback loop to the consumer. Experience of problem analysis and resolution. High Availability Setup and Administration. System/Platform Administration. Application upgrade/Migration. System optimization and capacity planning. Maintenance/Outage activities. Backup & Recovery Activities. Building and automating system health checks and housekeeping tasks.
