Join our immersive, 18-month rotational journey designed to cultivate adaptable, high-impact T-shaped software engineers at Wallapop.

Over the course of 18 months, you will complete three distinct 6-month rotations, shipping real production code used by millions:

• Backend: Build robust, scalable server-side systems using Kotlin, Java, and AWS.
• Frontend: Create responsive, modern web applications with React & Angular.
• Mobile: Craft exceptional native experiences on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).

You will be supported by a three-tier mentorship model: a dedicated Anchor Engineering Manager for your entire journey, a Chapter Mentor for daily pair-programming, and a Rotation Manager for agile integration. Plus, you will leverage AI-native tools (like GitHub Copilot and Claude) to help you ramp up and contribute fast!
