Software Engineer for AI Training (Remote)

Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help train AI systems to think like real developers. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

You’ll work hands-on across languages, review AI outputs, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities, while operating fully remotely with flexible hours.
