Software Engineer, Engineering Excellence

As a Software Engineer on the Engineering Excellence team, you will play a key role in improving developer productivity, strengthening platform reliability, and enhancing security across our engineering organization.

You will design, build, and maintain internal platforms, AI‑powered tools, and engineering standards that enable teams across Transaction Experience, Payment Rails, Trading Desk, Treasury, Account & Identity, Blockchain, and Card Issuance to move faster and operate more effectively. As part of the Engineering Excellence team, you will help reduce engineering friction, improve system observability and reliability, and promote secure, scalable development practices across the organization.
