About the Role
PagerDuty is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join the Mobilization Team and build the core scheduling platform, creating scalable, AI‑native services and user‑facing features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and ship backend services, APIs, or front‑end interfaces to ensure secure, highly reliable, and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers across teams, own the lifecycle of features from design through to production.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation, triage, and resolve production issues as they arise.
- Address challenges for 20,000+ global customers, helping to scale the product to meet demand.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large, scalable systems.
