Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding : Lead technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring environment readiness, data provisioning, and access configuration.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor onboarding workflows to client‑specific needs.
- Provide training and documentation to clients on system usage and support channels.
- UAT Support : Act as the primary point of contact for UAT issue triage, resolution, and coordination with development teams.
- Monitor UAT environments, ensuring stability, data integrity, and timely deployment of test builds.
- Analyze logs, trace issues, and provide root cause analysis for UAT defects.
- Production Support : Provide L2/L3 support for post‑go‑live issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Participate in incident and problem resolution.
