Software Engineer (AI-First)

Position Overview

This is a permanent, full‑time role for an experienced engineer (typically 2–5 years’ experience) who owns features end to end and works AI‑first by default. What defines this role isn’t the stack — it’s how you work: directing AI across the build loop, validating its output to a production standard, and raising the bar for how your team works with AI. You’ll join an engineering organisation that is AI‑first by design — AI is part of every stage of how we build product, not bolted onto the end. You’ll join our Lisbon team building Intapp’s AI‑first product development lifecycle (PDLC) platform — the AI tools, managed agents, and shared “Digital Thread” that change how Intapp’s engineers plan, design, build, and ship software. You’ll work in a hybrid model (2+ days/week in office) from our Lisbon R&D Centre in Parque das Nações.
