Job Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer specialized in AI‑assisted development to lead adoption of modern AI coding practices across our engineering teams within a large‑scale consumer healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and standardize best practices for AI‑assisted coding: create playbooks, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns.
- Promote responsible AI usage with strong human validation.
- Partner with teams to build their first AI‑assisted applications and review implementations for production quality.
- Act as a technical coach for engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor IDE.
- Embed AI into the development lifecycle, including IDE, CI/CD, and code reviews.
