Software Development Specialist (Guadalajara)

• Hands‑on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years of experience.
• Should have worked on few Projects in Java tech stack.
• Candidate should clear coding interview using CoderPad.io with us.
• 6‑9 overall Software experience.
• Strong in Java.
• Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git.
• Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow and process workflows.
• Hands‑on experience on AWS is preferable.
• 3+ relevant experience on L3 support.

• Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing.
