Software Development Manager (Python & Angular)
- Lead and manage the onshore development team responsible for Billing System, AI Chatbot and Voicebot, Omnichannel Hub, and backend integration services
- Define and govern the technical architecture for Python-based microservices, Angular frontend components, and REST API integration layers
- Establish and enforce DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and code review processes across the development team
- Manage sprint planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and velocity tracking for the onshore development team
- Collaborate with the offshore Development Manager to manage cross-team integration dependencies and resolve technical conflicts
- Work with the BA Lead to review and validate functional specifications ensuring technical feasibility
